AVAILABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS
Unfortunately the availability of instruments may be restricted as they are handcrafted and take some time to produce. High demand may cause some waiting periods. The availability chart indicates which instruments are temporarily out of stock.

However, you may order out of stock items and be placed on the waiting list, guaranteeing your order will be filled with priority. Please feel free to contact us with regards to waiting periods. Every effort is made to make this chart as accurate as possible though some discrepancies may occur from time to time.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery Times will vary. However, you can expect to receive your purchase within one to two weeks of placing the order (within Australia). For any reason that this is not possible, you will be contacted and informed of the situation at hand.

Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your purchases directly from the workshop and save on postage charges. Please state NO DELIVERY clearly on your order. We will contact you when your order is available for collection.
