AVAILABILITY OF INSTRUMENTS
Unfortunately the availability of instruments may be restricted as they are handcrafted and take some time to produce. High demand may cause some waiting periods. The availability chart indicates which instruments are temporarily out of stock.

However, you may order out of stock items and be placed on the waiting list, guaranteeing your order will be filled with priority. Please feel free to contact us with regards to waiting periods. Every effort is made to make this chart as accurate as possible though some discrepancies may occur from time to time.

Information about Delivery Charges.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery Times will vary. We try to pack and post off items within 1 to 2 business days from the time of order. Australia Post may take up to 10 business days to deliver (within Australia). If, for some reason, we are unable to post off your item within a reasonable time, you will be contacted and informed of the situation at hand.

Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your purchases directly from the workshop and save on postage charges. Please state NO DELIVERY clearly on your order. Or simply pay for it when you pick it up!
