 WOODEN XYLOPHONES
These beautiful Jarrah xylophones come in two sizes. The small one has 8 bars (450mm long x 330mm wide)and is tuned to C major, while the large has 12 bars (650mm x 400mm) and is tuned to G major. The Jarrah wood not only looks beautiful but also produces a loud, clear and bright sound. Extra bars can be ordered to enable the change of key.

  MALLETS
These mallets have a sturdy 30cm handle with a Rock Maple beater. Built tough to take (and give) a beating!
Also available are the rawhide covered mallets. These give a softer sound when used.

 TAPPING STICKS (CLAVES)
These tapping sticks are made from Jarrah, giving them a superb, bright sound when played. They are 20mm thick, allowing good grip for children and adults alike. Great for a good whacking!

These lovely looking chimes give a nice tinkle when you run your hand over them. Gorgeous curves and sweet sounds make this an irresistible decorative piece. I have also been told they make good Feng Shui!

 SHAKERS
These very unique cylindrical wooden shakers come in two sizes. They are available in either Jarrah (pictured) or Tasmanian Oak. (Please add a comment to your order if you have a preference). Shake it up!

 BOTTLE TOP RATTLERS
These robust, virtually indestructible instruments are made from one piece of Jarrah with no protruding nails (unlike most bottle top shakers). A great jingle jangle sound.

 PANPIPES
These pan-pipes are made from a solid block of Jarrah, carefully hollowed out to produce a series of 8 notes (tuned to D). Not exactly a percussion instrument, this is the only wind instrument Wildwood Instruments makes at the moment.

BODHRANS (CELTIC DRUMS)
The all new tunable Bodhran is now available. The unique tuning mechanism is incorporated within the shell, thus not requiring a second inner ring which reduces the diameter of the drum head. It is easily tuned with an allen key, which is included with the Bodhran. It has a 15" Hoop pine shell and a venison (deer) skin head, with beautifully embossed leather binding and a single cross bar.
