Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1 year limited warranty on stringed instruments- not including strings or bridge pins, action adjustments, misuse, mistreatment, wear and tear. Only faulty parts and manufacturing defects.

7 day return policy. Customers may return the goods within 7 days of purchase in original condition with receipt (postage is on the onus of the customer) for an exchange or refund, minus any costs/fees incurred. No returns for customised products, pan pipes, t-shirts, scratched, marked or damaged goods

We make every effort to ensure that our instruments and accessories are packaged carefully for delivery. All instruments in transit are insured with Australia Post. If damage occurs in the delivery process, it is up to the customer of the package to make a claim with Australia Post, retrieve the insurance payout and repurchase another instrument. PLEASE NOTE, you must keep the packaging to show to Australia Post, providing proof that the damage was caused in transit. Unfortunately, as the sender of the item, we are unable to handle the complaint with Australia Post.

Wildwood's instruments are made from natural timber products. All care is taken to make them safe and user friendly. However, splinters, fractures and other anomalies associated with natural timber products may occur. Failing to upkeep your instrument may lead to premature degradation and make it unsafe to use.

Prices and specifications, descriptions and images, may change without notice. Accuracy is strived for but may be incorrect from time to time.

Prices are in Australian dollars

No GST is included in the price or is charged. Wildwood Instruments is not GST registered.

All online credit card payments are made through Paypal®. Wildwood Instruments has no access to your banking details. All payments and accordingly any issues with such should be directed to Paypal.

Customers should check the availability of goods prior to ordering.

Postal Charges and delivery times suggested by Wildwood Instruments are only guides and should be observed as such.
